Cristiano Ronaldo returns to be protagonist in the real estate sector.
If it was known last week that he had bought a mansion in Malaga, it has now been made public that the Portuguese star has transferred a property.
It is a luxury house that the Juventus player from Turin had in GerĂŞs, north of Portugal in a town bordering on the Spanish border. Although the house, according to sources in the sector, reached a market value of 4 million euros, the final sale price was 2.5 million euros.
The price reduction has had to do with the buyer, who is not another Képler Laverán Lima Ferreira, Pepe, with whom the Portuguese star shared costumes at Real Madrid and the Portuguese national team, and currently plays in Porto.
The property has been a holiday and weekend retreat for Cristiano Ronaldo for several years. The exclusive house is located at the foot of the mountains of the GerĂŞs mountain range, belonging to the Terras do Bouro, specifically to Valdosende.
The house is nestled in 5,000 m2 of open space to the natural dam of Caniçada. An idyllic place with an area of 800 m2 in two floors, with three bathrooms, each, and a suite of 26 square meters at the top, where there is no lack of a jacuzzi.
Equipped with a helipad, the house has large sports and leisure areas, where spectacular views of the reservoir, which has its own jetty, stand out.
It is one of the most exclusive houses in the area and one of the most loved by the player. The rocky orography made the Portuguese star see in it a perfect place to rest in the shelter of prying eyes.
